民生银行(600016.SH)半年度净利润升6.77%至316.23亿元 不良贷款率1.75%
格隆汇8月30日丨民生银行(600016.SH)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入882.56亿元，同比增长17.02%；利润总额384.23亿元，同比增长7.07%；归属于母公司股东的净利润316.23亿元，同比增长6.77%；归属于母公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润316.17亿元，同比增长6.11%；基本每股收益0.72元。
报告期内，集团实现利息净收入455.23亿元，同比增加116.49亿元，增幅34.39%，还原以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融资产持有期间形成的收益83.96亿元后，同口径增幅15.82%。集团净息差为2.00%，同比上升0.23个百分点。
非利息净收入427.33亿元，同比增加11.90亿元，增幅2.86%，主要是新金融工具准则下以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益金融资产持有期间形成的收益计入其他非利息净收入的影响，剔除83.96亿元的相关收益后，同口径增幅18.97%。
报告期内，集团积极把握市场机遇和政策窗口期，充分利用创新资本工具补充资本，成功发行400亿元二级资本债和400亿元无固定期限资本债券，资本约束明显缓解，资本更加充裕，为业务持续发展创造了有利条件。截至报告期末，集团资本净额6233.88亿元，比上年末增长761.07亿元，增幅13.91%；资本充足率达到12.81%，比上年末提高1.06个百分点。
截至报告期末，集团总资产规模63406.58亿元，比上年末增加3458.36亿元，增幅5.77%；其中，各项贷款总额31839.61亿元，比上年末增加1272.15亿元，增幅4.16%。总负债规模58519.86亿元，比上年末增加2881.65亿元，增幅5.18%；其中，各项存款总额34275.15亿元，比上年末增加2602.23亿元，增幅8.22%。
截至报告期末，集团不良贷款余额556.49亿元，比上年末增加17.83亿元，增幅3.31%；不良贷款率1.75%，比上年末下降0.01个百分点；拨备覆盖率142.27%，比上年末提高8.22个百分点；贷款拨备率2.49%，比上年末提高0.13个百分点。
