中石化冠德(00934.HK)上半年实现净利润7.27亿港元 同比下降3.8%
格隆汇8月29日丨中石化冠德(00934.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收入7.48亿港元，同比下降11%；毛利3.70亿港元，同比下降18.2%；公司拥有人应占利润7.27亿港元，同比下降3.8%；基本每股收益29.25港仙；拟派中期股息每股8.0港仙。
2019年上半年，董事会带领全体员工迎难而上，积极采取各种有效措施，着力提升管理水平和风险管控能力，积极开拓市场，确保了生产经营和盈利水平的平稳。上半年，因集团天然气管输业务量有所下降，加上受人民币兑港元贬值的影响，集团营业收入约为7.48亿港元，同比减少约11.00%；报告期间溢利约为7.27亿港元，同比减少约3.81%。
上半年，公司全资附属公司惠州大亚湾华德石化有限公司积极强化与客户的沟通和衔接，着力拓展合作空间，为进一步提升原油码头利用率奠定基础；同时积极推进燃料油码头改扩建，努力增强燃料油码头接卸业务的盈利能力。上半年，华德石化共接卸油轮44艘，完成原油接卸约652万吨，同比上升约0.46%；输送原油约625万吨，同比下降约1.57%；实现分部业务收入约3.18亿港元，同比减少约6.85%；来自华德石化的分部业绩约1.55亿港元，同比减少约11.27%。
上半年，公司下属的湛江港石化码头有限公司、青岛实华原油码头有限公司、宁波实华原油码头有限公司、日照实华原油码头有限公司、天津港实华原油码头有限公司和唐山曹妃甸实华原油码头有限公司合计码头吞吐量约为1.28亿吨，同比增长约7.56%；实现投资收益共约5.27亿港元，同比增长约9.11%。
上半年，榆济管道公司天然气管输量约为19.24亿立方米，同比减少约10.30%；实现分部收入约为4.29亿港元，同比减少约13.85%；实现分部业绩约为1.66亿港元，同比减少约21.04%。
此外，2019年是集团参与投资建造的八艘液化天然气(“LNG”)船舶全部建成并投入全年商业运营的第一年。上半年，集团积极加强LNG船舶的运营管理和日常维护，努力克服新建LNG船舶投用初期通常设备故障多发的困难。上半年，八艘LNG船共完成46个航次，合计创造投资收益约4932万港元，同比增加约14.21%。
