格隆汇8月27日丨华讯方舟(000687.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入约4.35亿元，同比下降63.04%；归属于上市公司股东的净亏损约7351.45万元，上年同期盈利5077.40万元；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净亏损约8349.77万元；基本每股亏损0.0971元。
2019年上半年，我国经济增速下行压力依然较大，在总体去杠杆、调结构的大背景下，企业融资环境尚没有显著改善，公司外部经营环境面临较大的压力和挑战。报告期内，公司经营层和全体员工在董事会的指引下，紧密围绕公司的业务布局和2019年经营目标，重点从产品研发、业务协同、市场拓展、管理精进等方面开展工作，实现营业收入4.35亿元，较上年同期下降63.04%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润-7351.45万元，同比下降244.79%。
报告期内主要工作
一是加强产品研发。军工通信属于技术密集型行业，企业需要不断进行研发投入以保持领先优势。围绕公司军工无线通信业务、无人化业务、情报与公共安全业务、智慧产业应用等四大业务领域，公司在提升现有产品竞争力的基础上，不断调整产品结构，加大产品研发和技术创新力度，强化核心技术积累和技术引领作用，积极开展军技民用，寻求并有效突破民用市场，拓展新的增长空间。
二是强化业务协同。以军工无线通信业务、无人化业务、情报与公共安全业务、智慧产业应用等四大业务领域为核心，公司初步完成对现有业务的整合，集中优势资源，加强关键要素引领，培育整机，成为某个领域的整体系统解决方案提供商。一方面，加强业务间的资源共享，为客户提供更优质的产品和服务；另一方面，强化管理和业务的协同，提升内部资源配置效率。
三是深化市场拓展。在整合优势资源，推动产业升级的背景下，公司深耕市场，健全和优化营销体系，不断加大市场开拓力度，细分目标市场，使产业聚焦发展脉络更加清晰。一方面，公司大力推动与国有军工集团、科研院所、各军兵种、地方政府的战略合作，另一方面，加强以产品和技术为核心的市场分析，做好客户关系管理，开展有效的市场策划，积极开拓新市场。
四是持续精进管理。一方面，结合业务聚焦和资源整合的需求，适度优化管理机制，使之更符合业务发展的需要。另一方面，根据公司业务布局，通过内部培训、联合培养、人才引进等方式聚焦军工高精尖人才，适度优化人才团队。
