北纬科技(002148.SZ)：上半年净利841.47万元 同比降70.60%
格隆汇8月27日丨北纬科技(002148.SZ)披露2019年半年度报告，报告期内公司实现营业收入8772.28万元，同比下降33.35%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润841.47万元，同比下降70.60%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润为亏损597.73万元，而上年同期为盈利1636.85万元；基本每股收益0.01元。
移动增值及行业应用业务：报告期内，受移动互联网市场环境和电信运营商政策影响，公司持续收缩企业短信和流量等业务规模，将移动增值业务重点聚焦企业彩铃，利用多年运营资源和经验实现最优效益。
报告期内，公司依托自研物联网云服务平台，为客户提供定制化、一站式物联网连接管理服务。2019年上半年，公司与中国电信股份有限公司达成基于中国电信物联网DCP全球连接管理平台的深度合作，有助于提升公司物联网平台的服务和管理能力，为客户提供更加专业、高效的服务。2019年4月，公司正式获得虚拟运营商牌照，现已逐步开展移动转售业务，该业务将以物联网作为突破口并与其形成资源互补，进一步丰富公司物联网生态系统。
5G商用在即，以使用4G和2G模组为主的物联网产业上游模组厂商主动减少出货量，工信部和电信运营商也在2019年上半年出台多项管控政策，对物联网卡价格等进行限制性规范。受上述因素影响，电信运营商物联网连接数新增规模低于预期，一定程度上影响公司物联网业务拓展。
手机游戏业务：受游戏版号政策影响，报告期内手机游戏业务收入主要来源于《模拟城市：我是市长》和《妖姬三国》等成熟游戏产品。2019年5月，公司代理的精品手游《决战高尔夫》取得游戏版号，并于7月完成测试、正式上线；自研游戏的出海仍在磨合阶段，不断地进行调优完善，加快上线进程。综上可见，报告期内公司手机游戏业务仍处于新老产品衔接过渡期，收入下滑态势未获扭转。除了现有游戏的运营和开发，公司仍在积极接洽海外游戏大厂产品，围绕热点类型持续推进游戏储备工作。
北纬移动互联网产业园：北纬移动互联网产业园位于江苏南京。近年来，南京加大对创新型、高科技产业的鼓励及投入，南京地区科技企业写字楼租赁需求相对活跃，产业园地处河西建邺高新区，凭借已形成的产业集群生态效应以及优质的物业管理服务，2019年上半年出租率保持在90%以上。
