海隆控股(01623.HK)附属签订代价不少于9000万元钻杆供应采购订单
格隆汇8月25日丨海隆控股(01623.HK)公布,公司的间接全资附属公司Hilong PetroleumPipe Company LLC最近签订了一份钻杆采购订单,向National Drilling Company的三部海岛陆地钻机进行的大位移钻井计划提供HL120S高强度抗硫化氢钢钻杆。该采购订单的总代价不少于人民币9000万元。
公告显示,NDC是阿拉伯联合酋长国的国有石油公司阿布扎比国家石油公司的全资附属公司。NDC主要从事石油及天然气工程活动。
