海通国际(00665.HK)上半年纯利增21%至10.39亿港元中期息9港仙
格隆汇8月23日丨海通国际(00665.HK)公布，2019年上半年，集团实现收入约41.08亿港元，同比增长16%；股东应占纯利10.39亿港元，同比增21%；每股基本盈利18.04港仙，拟派中期股息每股9港仙。
报告期内，环球股票融资方面，海通国际在香港市场完成了24个IPO项目，承销数量位列全体投行第一，市场占有率约三分一；在美国资市场继续稳步发展，期内完成三个股权融资项目，其中美股IPO项目瑞幸咖啡，今年以来亚洲公司在纳斯达克最大规模的IPO。
环球债券融资方面，公司共完成125个债券发行项目，在中国离岸债券发行市场排名中，海通国际按承销数量和承销金额分别名列全球金融机构第二和第三；在亚洲除日外G3高收益债券发行市场排名中，海通国际按承销数量和承销金额均名列全球金融机构第一。环球并购融资方面，海通国际期内完成五个项目，首次涉足中东市场，协助香港上市公司联合能源收购科威特能源的项目。
一级市场方面，私募股权投资业务团队重点关注大消费、医疗健康、TMT等新经济行业，两年内累计投资17个项目，部分项目已从港股和美股退出，并取得了优异回报；透过投资与募资并举，不断扩大业务管理规模。
二级市场方面，海通国际资産管理规模超过480亿港元，多只基金産品表现出色：其中海通中国A股基金的净值增幅超过20%，位列同类期金产品前列；凭藉出衆的品牌和深耕香港市场的优势，海通亚洲高收益债券基金成爲香港首只中资券商背景的北上基金。
海通国际作爲纳斯达克的首家中资做市商，建立了一套跨国界、跨市场和跨部门的交易清算体系，美股覆盖标的于期内增加超过五倍；集团为客户提供更多跨资产类别的投资产品及方案；场内期权做市覆盖的港股标的数量达到75只，排名市场第五；得益于不断提升的电子化交易执行能力，目前已有近百家机构客户通过海通国际的算法直接进行交易。固定收益、外汇及商品业务涵盖信用産品、宏观及混合型産品、以及机构客户产品解决方案三大单元，管理效率进一步提升，上半年业务收入同比增幅超过150%；利率及信用産品交易业务已实现每日爲全球670家机构客户提供双边流动性报价；纽约和伦敦两个交易台的业务收入稳步增长，有望成爲亚太地区以外新的盈利中心。
集团持以恒打造全球综合营运能力，全面推动系统升级并加快营运自动化建设，依托中央数据库管理系统实现全球业务数据的统一管理。集团持续加强信息系统建设。搭建及完善大数据平台，构筑全球统一的机构交易平台；积极尝试人工智能和流程自动化技术，进一步提升公司数据化转型能力，构建全新的金融科技生态圈。
