圆通速递国际(06123.HK)中期纯利减少86.5%至514.3万港元
格隆汇8月19日丨圆通速递国际(06123.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收益18亿港元，同比减少约7.6%；毛利2.56亿港元，同比减少6.15%；公司拥有人应占盈利514.3万港元，同比减少86.5%；基本每股收益1.25港仙；不派中期股息。
报告期内，集团的收益主要源自空运及海运分部。期内集团录得收益按期下跌约7.6%，毛利按期减少约6.1%。然而，由于成本控制改善，毛利率略升至约14.2%，而公司拥有人应占纯利大幅减少至约514.3万港元，按期下跌约86.5%。公司拥有人应占溢利减少，主要由于(a)全球宏观经济存在不明朗因素；(b)空运分部的客户对空运服务的需求下降；及(c)因薪金增加及确认与股份奖励有关的开支，导致员工成本上涨。
空运货运代理业务仍为集团最大的业务分部，占报告期内集团总收益约58.6%，此业务主要涉及在收到客户的订舱指示后安排装运、自航空公司取得货运舱位、准备相关文件以及在交付至目的地后安排货物清关及货物装卸。集团于物流业信誉超着，自2000年起荣获多个国际机构及主要航空公司颁发的奖项，包括World Cargo Alliance颁发的奖项，并自2006年起每年皆获国泰货运╱国泰港龙航空颁发“最佳货运代理奖”，因此集团已成为全球各知名企业，包括从事制衣、鞋履及电子、电子商务业务的小型包裹付运等行业客户的首选业务合作伙伴。
公告表示，报告期内，由于出入口贸易的需求下降，连带对空运及海运货运代理造成不利影响。作为跨境物流最大的组成部分之一，国际货运代理亦可能录得增长放缓。同时，全球对于跨境电子商务及电子商务物流的需求持续上升。资讯科技升级及电子化产品发售正在进行当中。于收购后，集团与其母公司的内部协同效应亦得以提升。上述因素皆对集团的中长期发展有利。此外，集团将持续提升其综合供应链服务产能及扩展其全球网络布局。
