凯知乐(02122.HK)将集团呈列货币更改为人民币
凯知乐(02122.HK)公布,因应集团大部分交易以人民币计值及结算,变更呈列货币可减低近期港元兑人民币汇率波动加剧对呈列集团综合财务报表造成的影响,而该等波动与集团经营表现并非直接相关但预期会持续,认为,人民币更适合作为集团综合财务报表的呈列货币,生效日为2019年1月1日,故中期业绩会为首份以人民币作为呈列货币的综合财务报表。
集团预期变更呈列货币及将过往业绩由港元重列为人民币对集团综合财务报表不会产生任何重大影响。
