汇丰再削楼按现金回赠低至1%涵盖一二手及转按市场另上调封顶利率
综合本地传媒引述消息称,汇丰银行两个月内第二度削减按揭现金回赠,无论是一手、二手或转按,1,000万元以下物业,现金回赠一律大幅削减至1%,而1,000万元以上物业则下调至1.5%。
汇丰今年6月曾向转按市场开刀,现金回赠由约2%,降至1.5%,一手及二手则维持不变。有传媒指,汇丰是次出招,涵盖所有类型按揭,无论一手及二手,现金回赠由2%削至1%,幅度100点子。
此外,近日汇丰新批按揭亦上调封顶利率,由以前最优惠利率(P)减2.75%,增加至P减2.65%,加幅0.1厘,意味实际利率为2.475%,适用於一手及二手物业按揭申请,与该行转按利率看齐。
汇丰发言人表示,作为主要的市场参与者,致力确保本港的按揭市场能够健康发展,因此,该行会因应市场情况定期检视按揭息率,有需要时作适当调整。近日,经过参考多项因素,包括香港银行同业拆息、竞争力及市场价格,决定调整按揭息率。
