格隆汇8月7日丨宝龙地产(01238.HK)公布,集团于2019年7月的合约销售额(连同共同控制实体及联营公司的合约销售额)及合约销售面积分别约为人民币58.57亿元及35.79万平方米。
集团截至2019年7月31日止七个月的合约销售总额(连同共同控制实体及联营公司的合约销售额)及合约销售总面积分别约为人民币350.60亿元及214.13万平方米,合约销售总额年同比增加约72.5%,而合约销售总面积年同比增加约50.7%。
