宏华集团公布柔性液罐上半年销售数据页岩气高效开采设备市场反馈喜人
香港，2019年7月15日–全球领先的陆地石油钻机生产商宏华集团(00196.HK)宣布，2019年上半年，宏华柔性液罐新签订单金额超过1亿人民币。 2019年上半年订单金额涨势喜人主要得益于该产品自动化程度高，已得到客户的全面认可。
目前宏华的柔性液罐产品已完成系列化、电动化的产品升级改造。与常规水罐相比，柔性液罐有以下“三化”特点。一是系列化，产品包括120立方米、160立方米、210立方米、240立方米、300立方米五种规格，并已全部实现量产；二是定制化，公司可根据客户个性化需求进行量身定制，生产最为符合客户需求的产品；三是电动化，产品可使用平板电脑控制阀门开关与电机启停，可进行液面远程检测，自动灌注，从而降低人工成本。
因产品投入市场广受好评，且为满足客户更高的需求，宏华今年也推出了新款用于储存压裂液、轻质泥浆的柔性液罐。该柔性液罐可根据客户需求分仓储存，盛装两种压裂药品，也可以联通，盛装一种液体。同时，柔性液罐可实现内部液体循环，具备自动化性能。在排污方面，柔性液罐设计了人孔，方便工人进入清洗罐内壁污物。产品投放市场后，经过实际使用表明，其占地、运输、安装、维护等综合运营成本仅为传统水罐的1/4，长期经济效益十分显著。
大容量柔性液罐由宏华自主研发，是宏华页岩气整体解决方案中的一个产品。该产品获得国家发明专利2件，实用新型专利18件、美国发明专利1件。柔性液罐属于全球首创，2012年9月，在第10届波兰油气展览与技术研讨会上，柔性液罐获得了展会颁发的 “杰出创新大奖”。
宏华管理层表示：“柔性液罐目前在手订单主要客户为国内石油公司。该产品目前主要用于新疆和四川地区常规油气和非常规油气的开发，因柔性液罐的突出性能，已被客户列为标准的钻探设备。在国内油气大开发的背景下，加之柔性液罐的多用途和独特性，预计订单增长潜力大。”
