《复牌公告》开易控股(02011.HK)控股权溢价24%易手
开易控股(02011.HK)公布,股东耀帝向独立第三方包括China Sun、Central Eagle及Golden Diamond转让70.16%股权,涉及3.26亿股股份,总代价5.47亿元,相当於每股作价1.677元。完成後,买方须按例提出强制性全面要约,每股现金作价1.677元,较停牌前溢价24.22%。涉资约2.33亿元。
完成後,联合要约人拟维持股份之上市地位,并继续专注发展於中国的现有业务。
公司股份申请周四(11日)恢复买卖。
