德银升旭辉(00884.HK)目标价至6.66元评级「买入」
德银发表报告指,旭辉(00884.HK)上半年销售达884亿元人民币,按年升34%,相当於全年销售目标47%。由於第三季是公司推盘高峰期,加上基数较低,该行预期公司下半年销售维持强劲,并将公司2019年销售预测上调5%至2,060亿元人民币(按年升35%),较公司销售目标多约10%。
该行表示,将旭辉2019年至2021年盈利预测上调3-11%,以反映强劲销售,同时将其目标价由6.53元升至6.66元,此相当预测今年每股资产净值折让35%,维持「买入」评级。
