珠江船務(00560.HK)旗下佛山新港項目遭政府徵收
珠江船務(00560.HK)公布,旗下佛山新港與佛山市區政府訂立徵收補償協議,佛山市區政府向佛山新港徵收佛山新港所使用國有土地上的建築物(含附屬物)、構築物、不能搬遷或不能拆解運離的設備設施等地上附著物、附屬物(國有土地使用權同時收回),其中包括:(1)總面積為10.63萬平方米之土地;(2)總建築面積為1.42萬平方米之辦公用房及工業用房;(3)總面積為1.18萬平方米之構築物;以及(4)其他設備、設施等,徵收補償代價約4.47億元人民幣。在徵收補償完成後,佛山新港於佛山市營運的碼頭業務將正式關閉。
