《大行報告》大和下調中電(00002.HK)目標價至84元維持「跑輸大市」評級
大和發表研究日前報告指,中電(00002.HK)發盈警料至6月底止六個月,因應EnergyAustralia零售業務所佔的商譽進行約60-70億元減值,中期業績錄得虧損。該行預期,公司上半年經常性盈利僅錄56億元,按年跌28%,主要由於EnergyAustralia確認批發價較低,以及本港電力業務准許回報率降低所致。
雖然該行預期中電2019-2021年可繼續維持約3%的派息按年增長,但維持該股「跑輸大市」評級,目標價由86元降至84元。
