晶苑(02232.HK)擬將更多產能遷至中國以外地區
晶苑國際(02232.HK)公布,就部分客戶一直要求公司將更多產能從中國重新分配至其他生產基地,公司近期完成對生產平台的檢討,決定加快將產能從中國重新分配至其他生產基地的計劃。
公司計劃提高非中國生產基地的產能,尤其是越南,原因是當地繼續受惠於跨太平洋夥伴全面進展協定成員身份,預期有關措施將會導致上半年產生一次性成本約1,400萬美元。
繼重新分配計劃後,預期集團來自從中國生產基地輸往美國市場的收入將由去年的約14%減至今年下半年的接近6%,而因該部分的收入減少對盈利能力所造成不可避免的影響尚未能精準確定。
晶苑預期,因應由中國現有而成熟生產基地的生產重新分配至中國境外新設立的生產單位所產生的相關設置及其他成本,均會對今年的毛利率及純利率造成負面影響。
