How to view and manage my commission fee?
Clients can view them through the following methods:
- In-App View: Open the uSMART App → Click "Trade" → "More" → "Commission Details".
- Website View: All publicly available commission rates can be found on the official website (Service and Charges | Commissions & Platform Fees | uSMART Securities). Why does it show my phone number is already registered even though I just opened an account?
This may be related to registering with an Apple ID. We suggest you log out of your current account (path: My → Settings → Logout). After logging out, log in again using your phone number and verification code.
