Updating Account Information & Services
To add or remove account services, or to update account details, you may submit a formal request to uSMART Securities either by providing a Board Resolution or completing an Account Information Update Form.
Changes requiring a Board Resolution
- Adding or removing account services (e.g. upgrading to a margin account, enabling US stock options trading, etc.)
- Adding or removing authorized signatories/traders, or updating their contact numbers, email addresses, and signature specimens
- Changing the company’s registered name (Chinese or English), together with supporting documents such as Certificate of Change of Company Particulars
Changes requiring an Account Information Update Form
- Updating company contact details (address, phone number, email, etc.)
- Adding or removing email addresses for receiving statements and notifications
- Updating the company’s financial information
