    Please note: 1. Whether you need to provide remittance voucher and bank account certificate is subject to the amount received by uSmart's receiving bank. Please refer to the above tips to submit relevant proof. If additional proof is required, we will contact you as soon as possible.

    2. If you upload the bank certificate to the [bank certificate] section of uSmart APP, you do not need to provide it again for subsequent deposits.Otherwise, you need to upload bank certificate everytime on the deposit proof section.

    3. Types of bank certificate: bank account opening certificate, bank card image, deposit/withdrawal notice, bank statement, online banking video recording, online banking page display screenshot, successful remittance screenshot with complete account number and name, etc.

    4. Please select the correct "uSMART recipient's bank account" according to your remittance, which will help your deposit request to be processed faster.
