馬斯克吐槽時間管理難：從特斯拉、推特和SpaceX間切換很痛苦
北京時間5月24日早間消息，美東時間週二，埃隆·馬斯克談到了他如何管理自己的日程安排，表示：“我的一天漫長而複雜，涉及到許多角色轉換，這種轉換令人相當痛苦。”
馬斯克說，他通常會把自己的日程安排按天分開，“一天主要只關注一家公司”。然而，很多時候這樣的安排無法實現。
例如，本週二是“給特斯拉的一天，但晚上可能會以推特的工作來結束”。“週三一部分是特斯拉，一部分是推特，而週四一半是SpaceX，一半是特斯拉”。
馬斯克形容自己的工作“有些相互穿插在一起”，而“時間管理極其困難”。
這樣複雜的狀況對馬斯克的投資來說並不有利。
在去年收購推特完成的兩個月時間里，特斯拉股價下跌了超過一半，因爲投資者擔心在電動汽車市場競爭日趨激烈的情況下，馬斯克將沒有更多時間來專注於特斯拉的工作。廣告主也紛紛逃離推特，或是暫停在推特上的廣告投放。今年3月，馬斯克將推特的價值減記至200億美元，不過他現在表示許多廣告主正在迴歸。
許多其他公司高管會讓辦公室主任或行政助理來協助安排日程，但馬斯克表示他的日程安排都是自己完成的。他有“一名兼職的助理”來協助管理工作日程，這也得到了一名特斯拉前員工的證實。
馬斯克說：“別人不可能知道，我最重要的工作是什麼。”通常情況下，他一天中的大部分時間都在工作，一直到凌晨2點結束。他通常會在2點睡覺。
在推特，馬斯克目前計劃轉向執行董事長和技術負責人的角色，而NBC前廣告業務高管琳達·亞卡里諾（Linda Yaccarino）將接替他擔任首席執行官。
馬斯克還被問到繼任者的問題。他表示：“接班是最棘手、最古老的問題之一。自古以來，這就困擾着國家、國王、首相、總統，以及首席執行官們。”
馬斯克說，他已經告訴董事會，“在最壞的情況下”，他會選擇誰來作爲繼任者。他強調，在他的繼任者問題上，幾家公司的董事會也可以選擇不同的方向。
對於特斯拉，許多人猜測，首席財務官Zachary Kirkhorn是馬斯克支持的繼任者之一。
此前有媒體報道稱，馬斯克的公司經常進行關聯交易，而他也面臨壓力，要將這些公司更明確地彼此隔離。
例如，在收購推特之後，馬斯克授權特斯拉、SpaceX和Boring的數十名員工爲推特提供幫助。他在推特建立起了“過渡團隊”，參與從代碼審覈到人員安排，再到設施相關決策的各個方面。
馬斯克也是OpenAI的聯合創始董事和捐贈者。OpenAI曾是一家非營利性組織，但目前得到了微軟的大筆投資。2017年，OpenAI的財務文件顯示，馬斯克向該組織捐出了價值約25萬美元的特斯拉汽車，而這也是他早年向OpenAI捐贈數百萬美元的一部分。
最近，馬斯克一直在公開抨擊OpenAI的公司結構，以及出售給微軟的股份數量。本週二，馬斯克也談到自己的X.ai和谷歌的DeepMind。他希望推動X.ai的發展，以挑戰OpenAI。
馬斯克表示：“我不希望在宣佈這件事上草率行事。OpenAI與微軟的關係似乎相當不錯，X.ai、推特和特斯拉可能也會有類似的合作。”
