財政部:對於購置期在2023年的新能源汽車繼續免徵車輛購置稅
財政部副部長許宏才今日在新聞發佈會上表示,支持增加適銷對路商品供給,讓老百姓樂於消費。通過實施積極財政政策,推進供給側結構性改革,不斷提升國內供給質量水平,激活市場需求潛能。鼓勵有條件的地方通過現有的資金渠道對家電“以舊換新”、綠色智能家電下鄉等予以支持。對於購置期在2023年的新能源汽車繼續免徵車輛購置稅。降低部分優質消費品進口關稅,推動加快建立多主體供給、多渠道保障、租購併舉的住房制度,支持剛性和改善性住房需求,積極促進居民消費。促進銷售渠道和物流暢通,讓老百姓方便消費。支持實施縣域商業建設行動,促進縣域消費擴容提質。支持農產品供應鏈體系建設,擴大農產品的消費市場。支持一批國家綜合貨運樞紐建設,推動物流降本提效。
