For funds deposited via bank transfer, the crediting process consists of two stages, as outlined below:

1. Bank Processing Time: References to "near real-time crediting" apply only to the processing time required by the banking system to transfer funds from the remitting bank to our receiving account. The actual speed depends on the transfer method and the operational procedures of the respective banks involved.
2. Actual Account Crediting Time: Once funds have arrived in our designated account, they are subject to manual verification and review by our finance team before being credited to your uSmart Securities account.

• If funds arrive and are verified with complete documentation before 21:00 on the same day, processing and crediting are usually completed on the same day.
• If funds arrive after this time, or if documentation is incomplete or requires amendment, processing will be deferred to the next business day.

Important Reminders:

• The final crediting time is subject to the actual arrival time of funds in our account and the progress of review by our finance department.
• Once you have uploaded the transfer proof, please wait for the review process to complete; do not submit documents repeatedly.
• Please ensure that all deposit information and supporting documents are complete, clear, and compliant. Missing or inconsistent information may cause delays or result in the deposit application being rejected.
