Please refer to the appropriate scenario below based on whether your original registered mobile number is still available.

Scenario 1: Your Original Registered Mobile Number Is Still Available

If your original registered mobile number can still receive SMS verification codes, you may update your mobile number directly in the uSMART App by navigating to: Settings → Account & Security → Mobile Number

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Scenario 2: Your Original Registered Mobile Number Is No Longer Available

Please contact our Online Customer Service or send an email from your registered email address to cs@usmart.hk to obtain the Information Amendment Form and the relevant update procedure.

Update Procedure:

If your original registered mobile number is no longer available, please first use your new mobile number to complete a one-time login/registration in the uSMART App (there is no need to open a new account; simply complete the login/registration process) in order to receive the SMS verification code.

After that, please complete and sign the Information Amendment Form (the signature must match the signature provided during account opening), and send the signed form to cs@usmart.hk using your registered email address.

Scenario 3: Both Your Registered Mobile Number and Registered Email Address Are No Longer Available

If both your registered mobile number and registered email address are no longer available, you may proceed using either of the following methods:

1. Contact Online Customer Service to obtain the Information Amendment Form and the relevant update procedure.

2. Visit our office in person during business hours (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday) with your original identity document. Office Address: Room 2405–2406, 24/F, 308 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
