重慶啤酒(600132.SH):部分董事、高管變動 董事兼總經理陳鬆辭職
格隆匯 12 月 21日丨重慶啤酒(600132.SH)公佈,公司董事會於近日分別收到董事連德堅、董事兼總經理陳鬆,副總經理周照維、謝維、趙彤、陳同林的書面辭職報告。
連德堅因公司重組後組織架構調整及工作變動原因,在辭去公司董事會擔任的董事職務後,在重慶嘉釀啤酒有限公司擔任管理職務。
陳鬆因個人原因,辭去在公司董事會擔任的董事及董事會專門委員會委員、公司總經理職務。陳鬆離任總經理一職的日期為2020年12月31日,屆時他將不再擔任公司任何職務。
周照維、謝維、趙彤和陳同林因公司重組後組織架構調整及工作變動原因,在辭去在公司擔任的副總經理職務後,在重慶嘉釀啤酒有限公司擔任管理職務。
