日月股份(603218.SH):擬開展票據池業務
格隆匯 12 月 3日丨日月股份(603218.SH)公佈,公司於2020年12月3日召開第五屆董事會第八次會議、第五屆監事會第七次會議,審議通過了《關於開展票據池業務的議案》,該議案尚須提交公司股東大會審議。此次擬用於開展票據池業務的質押票據額度為不超過人民幣15億元人民幣(其中公司額度為不超過6億元,日星鑄業不超過9億元),在上述額度內可以循環使用。此次開展票據池業務的期限為二年,自股東大會審議通過後2021年1月1日起至2022年12月31日止。
