曉程科技(300139.SZ)3天2板：疫情影響致金礦的開採及挖掘無法達到預期
格隆匯 8 月 7日丨曉程科技(300139.SZ)公佈，公司股票交易價格連續三個交易日內日收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計達到20%以上，根據深圳證券交易所的相關規定，公司股票交易屬於異常波動的情況。
公司已於2020年7月14日披露了《2020年半年度業績預告》。公司2020年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計為：270萬元–400萬元。公司扭虧為盈的主要原因是境外子公司Akroma Gold Company(Akroma金礦)黃金銷售收入較上年同期大幅增加，黃金價格持續飆升，導致金礦利潤增加。但是由於金礦地處非州，疫情的影響導致金礦的開採及挖掘無法達到預期，從而影響金礦的利潤。
隨着公司海外業務的發展，應收賬款收回的風險也在逐步擴大，公司海外客户主要是非洲加納電力公司及南非的相關政府部門，未來如果客户出現財務狀況惡化或無法按期付款的情況，或者出現國際訴訟及仲裁等相關事項將會使本公司面臨壞賬損失的風險，並對公司的資金週轉和利潤水平產生一定的不利影響。
近年來，國內芯片銷售情況持續下滑，主要是由於公司從2011年轉型海外項目將部分技術重點轉移海外導致國內項目參與較少，芯片及模塊業務下滑較快。2019-2020年公司送檢電科院寬帶載波芯片未能通過電科院的檢測，再次提交檢測申請的時間待定，也會對芯片業務的收益產生一定影響。與此同時，受疫情影響，公司新型產品芯片的生產進度也比預期延後，目前還在研發階段，短期內暫時無法形成相關收入，如果有相關進展公司會及時公告。
中審眾環會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)(“中審眾環”)對公司2019年度財務報告發表了無法表示意見，由於中審眾環位於湖北省武漢市，項目組成員均居住於湖北省內，2020年4月8日前處於居家隔離狀態；曉程科技境外所在地南非政府限制國際旅行，禁止高風險國家的非南非公民和居民入境，於3月15日宣佈進入全國性災難狀態，於3月26日午夜起，實施為期21天的“全國封鎖”。封鎖期間除醫護工作者、市政設施工作者、警察、以及規定時間內就醫、採購食品和領取救濟金的民眾外，全體民眾必須待在家中，4月9日宣佈將原定於4月17日結束的全國範圍封城措施延長兩週；加納政府已關閉海、陸、空邊境，禁止人員往來，對阿克拉市、特馬市、卡索阿市、庫馬西市等地及其周邊地區採取封禁措施。
截止年報報告日，項目組未能到達曉程科技位於南非和加納的境外組成部分開展現場審計工作，同時由於新冠肺炎在南非和加納的發展及當地政府採取的防疫措施，受當地防疫措施限制曉程科技的財務人員也無法正常履行職責，無法有效的配合項目組開展遠程審計工作。因此，中審眾環無法對曉程科技境外組成部分的2019年度財務報表獲取充分、適當的審計證據，根據相關業務規則，出具無法表示意見的審計報告。
截止公告日，項目組仍然未能到達位於南非和加納的境外組成部分開展現場審計工作，預計短期內無法消除相關非標準審計意見的影響。
