大酒店(00045.HK)公布次季营运数据,期内香港半岛酒店平均可出租客房收入为352元,按年跌89.31%,平均房租为2,804元,按年跌48.04%,出租率为13%,按年跌48个百分点。
期内其他亚洲地区平均可出租客房收入跌75.82%至516元,美国及欧洲则跌78.64%至975元;其他亚洲地区平均房租为2,456元,美国及欧洲则为4,930元。在出租率方面,其他亚洲地区为21%,而美国及欧洲则为20%,分别按年收窄50个百分点及57个百分点。
而在出租物业方面,期内住宅出租率收窄5个百分点至92%,而商场及办公大楼出租率分别跌至82%及95%,当中住宅每平方尺每月平均收益跌至47元,商场则跌至136元,而办公大楼则微升至66元。(el/k) ~
