漢邦高科(300449.SZ)：子公司金石威視獲得華為ISV夥伴等級認證
格隆匯 7 月 23日丨漢邦高科(300449.SZ)公佈，近日，公司下屬全資子公司北京金石威視科技發展有限公司(“金石威視”)收到華為技術有限公司(“華為”)發來的《ISV夥伴級認證證書》。
金石威視從事廣電監測業務，在廣電領域深耕多年，公司有着深厚的技術積累和行業經驗，研發了具有國際領先水平的監測雲系統平台，形成一個全新的監測業務支撐體系，實現了在廣播電視和新媒體監測領域中，質量監測、節目內容監聽監看、廣告內容監測、監測預警信息發佈等於一體的技術先進、功能齊全、反應快捷、數字化、網絡化、高度自動化的監管系統。
移動視聽類APP受眾羣體大，傳播範圍廣，但存在很多不規範的地方。新媒體APP內容監測系統主要是針對在監管轄區內註冊、運營的互聯網APP進行內容安全監測，自動發現直播中可能出現的違規有害等視頻內容，用先進的技術內容採集手段、智能化的內容分析技術、完善的業務系統協助監管部門完成轄區內的互聯網APP內容監管任務。
金石威視新媒體APP監測系統與“鯤鵬”華為傳媒雲解決方案進行了互通測試。金石威視採用的測試設備為最新研製應用於新媒體監測的優勢產品。通過本次測試，金石威視取得華為ISV夥伴級認證。
金石威視與華為聯合為客户打造自底層芯片至上層業務的全棧國產自主可控的新媒體監管平台，助力產業信息安全與健康發展，以及監管平台關鍵核心技術國產化。監測平台會通過華為相關渠道進行推廣，包括華為提供的線上線下營銷平台和營銷活動等。
隨着互聯網、移動互聯網的普及，網絡論壇、貼吧、微博、微信、視頻網站、直播等多媒體傳播媒介迅猛發展，內容存在來源複雜、傳播速度快，影響範圍廣等特點，信息內容的龐雜和有害信息的隱匿性給監管部門帶來了巨大的壓力，迫切需要互聯網和融合媒體監測系統建設或升級改造。金石威視在監測領域深耕多年，未來通過與華為的合作，將進一步提升公司的行業影響力。
