光明地產(600708.SH):4月獲1房地產項目 權益地價7.96億元
格隆匯5月14日丨光明地產(600708.SH)公佈,公司2020年4月新增房地產項目1個。公司全資子公司農房集團通過合作方式(增資股權合作項目)取得了擁有浙江省寧波市江北區JB12-01-19a地塊(馮家地塊)土地權屬的項目公司寧波祥生弘盛房地產開發有限公司50%股權且承擔相應負債。
該項目位於寧波市江北區莊橋街道,四至範圍為東至馮家大河綠帶,南至北環西路綠帶,西臨康莊南路,北至李馮路。該項目出讓面積65854平方米,容積率為不大於2.0,計容建築面積為131708平方米,土地用途為城鎮住宅、商務金融用地,土地使用年限為住宅用地70年、教育用地50年、商服用地40年,土地成交總價約為15.92億元。此次增資金額為5000萬元,公司目前擁有該項目50%權益,需按相應比例支付上述地塊的土地出讓金。
