格隆匯4月23日丨中國核電(601985.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，營業收入460.67億元，同比增長17.2%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤46.13億元，同比減少2.62%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤43.95億元，同比減少8.54%；基本每股收益0.296元；擬每股取整派發現金股利0.1220元(含税)；實現全口徑發電量1368.01億千瓦時，同比增長16.08%。
公司主營業務收入主要是電力行業電力銷售收入，本年佔比98.06%。營業成本中折舊佔比40.32%，燃料及其他原材料佔比21.52%，運行維護費用佔比14.38%，人員費用佔比11.07%。
2019年全年公司累計核能發電量1362.14億千瓦時，比上年同期增長15.64%，約佔全國運行核電機組累計發電量的39.13%。
2019年公司21台核電機組發電量為1362.14億千瓦時，比上年同期1177.88億千瓦時增長15.64%；上網電量為1270.26億千瓦時，比上年同期1099.12億千瓦時增長15.57%。
截止2019年12月31日,公司總資產3,476.39億元，同比增長7.47%；總負債2,573.56億元，同比增長7.27%；資產負債率74.03%；股東權益(歸屬於母公司)500.39億元，同比增長7.81%。
截至2019年12月31日，我國大陸運行核電機組共47台，裝機容量為4875.116萬千瓦(額定裝機容量)。其中公司投入商業運行的控股核電機組共21台，總裝機容量達到1911.2萬千瓦，約佔全國運行核電機組的39.20%；控股在建核電機組5台，裝機容量577.0萬千瓦，約佔全國在建核電機組的44.3%；控股核准機組1台，裝機容量121.2萬千瓦。根據世界範圍內核電公司控股裝機規模，公司為世界第四大核電公司。
