協鑫集成(002506.SZ)與肥東縣人民政府簽署60GW組件及配套項目產業基地項目投資合作協議
格隆匯3月27日丨協鑫集成(002506.SZ)公佈，為搶抓光伏平價上網的行業發展機遇，以超大規模集中化、專業化及智能自動化滿足主流及新型大尺寸光伏組件市場需求，公司於2020年3月27日與合肥肥東縣人民政府簽訂了《協鑫60GW組件及配套項目產業基地項目投資合作協議》，就公司在合肥肥東縣投資建設60GW組件及配套產業基地項目達成合作意向。
項目名稱：合肥循環經濟示範園60GW組件及配套產業基地項目；項目內容：建設滿足主流及新型大尺寸光伏組件市場需求的組件基地及配套產業；項目用地：組件項目佔地面積約2800畝，分期開發建設。同時預留2000畝土地用於與協鑫集成配套的相關產業鏈企業落户；投資規劃：從2020年起分四年四期投資建設，首期15GW。根據組件項目的實施進度，落户相關配套的產業鏈企業；經濟指標：組件項目全部達產後，年產值不低於400億元。其中，一期達產後不低於年產值130億元，年繳納增值税及企業所得税不低於2億元。
項目實施進度：1)組件項目：項目總投資180億元，其中固定資產總投資約120億元，項目實行統一規劃，在2020年至2023年分四年四期投資建設，每期15GW。其中，一期15GW，總投資50億元，固定資產投資30億元，佔地面積約700畝，二期、三期、四期分別在一期投產後根據市場銷售和產能利用情況予以分期實施，原則上每年新增投資15GW。2配套產業：根據組件項目的實施進度，落户相關配套的產業鏈企業，包括但不僅限於，光伏電池片、光伏背板、玻璃、EVA、邊框、接線盒等。
隨着光伏產業鏈各環節競爭格局的逐步穩定，公司將依託協鑫在光伏行業多年的行業資源優勢、全球市場渠道優勢、先進技術積累優勢及品牌優勢，搶抓光伏平價上網的行業發展機遇，將主營業務進一步聚焦終端組件市場，此次在合肥投資建設60GW組件及配套產業基地項目，將有力地支撐公司光伏主業終端戰略的落地，提升公司市場份額和行業地位。
此次在合肥投資建設60GW組件及配套產業基地項目全部達產後，預計將成為全球光伏產品超級製造中心，一方面為公司自營組件業務提供組件產能保障；另一方面將為同行業廠商提供低成本、高質量的組件代加工業務，有利於提升公司光伏主營業務的盈利能力和抗風險能力，符合公司及全體股東的共同利益。
