「美联楼价指数」连跌六周,最新2019年12月25日至12月31日报165点,按周跌约0.07%,较四周前跌约1.29%。楼价连跌6周,较纪录高位累跌约6.72%,总结2019年,楼价累积上升约2.48%。
若以3区划分,九龙区楼价按周跌幅最大,「美联九龙楼价指数」最新报156点,按周跌约0.42%;与四周前相比亦跌约2.54%,而该区於去年累积升幅收窄至约1.46%,年内升幅为三区之中最少。
新界区方面,按周跌幅仅次於九龙区。「美联新界楼价指数」最新报155.43点,按周跌约0.33%,与四周前相比跌约1.06%;而去年该区累积升幅约2.38% 。
港岛区则逆市上升,「美联港岛楼价指数」最新报186.02点,按周升约0.31%;惟较四周前仍跌约0.9%;若以去年计算,港岛区累积升幅为3区最大,录约4.97%升幅。
